Job Responsibilities
We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Knit Garments Manufacturing Company looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive – Compliance to support factory compliance activities, maintain required records, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and international standards.Job Responsibilities:
- Co-Ordinate to compliance with local labor laws, factory regulations, buyer requirements, international and others standards.
- Coordinate to remediation any kinds of Grievance.
- To maintain, co-ordinate & keeping properly Anti-Harassment and Grievance related documentation.
- Conduct regular factory compliance inspections and identify non-compliance issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of policies related to child labor, forced labor, discrimination, harassment, and workplace conduct.
- Maintain proper employee documentation and statutory records.
- Coordinate and support buyer, third-party, social, technical, and government audits.
- Prepare required documents and evidence for audits.
- Co-operate to remediation of compliance gaps and support to prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production & workplace Safety, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve findings.
- Monitor workplace health and safety conditions.
- Ensure proper implementation of fire safety, emergency preparedness, PPE, first aid, and occupational health requirements.
- Maintain compliance-related records, registers, licenses, certificates, policies and documentation.
- Any other task will be assigned by the superior.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM from BIM will get preference & Private university candidate will get preference.
