Job Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring documentations are delivered according to timeline.Job Location: House No-46, Villa(Chaya Bithi), Road-29, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.Department: Architecture & InteriorReports To: Principle Architect / CEOKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Create 3D models, using industry-standard design software.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other consultants throughout the project.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Identify, analyze, and construction-related issues efficiently.
- Assist in material selection, detailing, finishing specifications, and quality control activities.
- Prepare documentation required for authority approvals, permits (Rajuk Drawing), and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawings, reports, revisions, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Ensure drawing are completed on time.
Requirements
- 5 -10 years in reputed organization.
- Proven experience in construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD Drawing.
- SketchUp, similar software.
- Strong understanding of, construction methods, and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and Analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Timely completion of documentation.
- Accuracy and quality of drawings and documentation.
- Compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Effective resolution of site issues.
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Architecture
- Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Certification or registration with relevant architectural authorities will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Interior Design
