Job Responsibilities
- Promote company’s Animal Health products to veterinary professionals, chemist and livestock farmers/owners
- Develop the core business for Distributors.
- Create a Distributor × Product × Month wise District sales plan.
- Strengthen Chemist & Veterinary professional network – Identifying high-potential chemist and turn smaller chemists into potential business drivers and inform Distributors.
- Achieve sales targets driven by Distributors.
- Implement the Planned promotional activities, Campaigns, Offers with the help of Distributors in conjunction with Company and Distributor.
- Collect & Prepare farmer/Chemist/Veterinary professional database and update company and Distributor.
- Prepare NGOs’ network for promoting the products.
- Collect information on competitors’ products & activities regularly and feed information to Distributors.
- Keep continuously updating Key Market Information.
- Conduct personal PMP (Performance Management Process) trimonthly.
- Organize Distributors performance every month (Business, Compliance, Audit) for Company

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Animal/Plant Breeding, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
