    Responsibilities : We are looking for a skilled and target-oriented Regional Sales Manager!Lead and manage a sales team, expand regional market share, and grow your career with one of the most promising tech brands in Bangladesh — Sannai.Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region
  • Supervise and support field sales teams, including Sales Officers and Area Managers
  • Expand distribution channels and ensure regional market growth
  • Ensure timely collection of dues from the market
  • Monitor daily operations, sales reporting, and market activities
  • Execute promotional campaigns and maintain strong brand visibility
  • Maintain strong dealer/retailer relationships and resolve trade issues
  • Report regularly to the Head Office with insights and updates
  • Uphold brand image and ensure compliance with company policies
