Responsibilities	:	Work Location: Multiple regions across Bangladesh (as assigned)We are looking for a skilled and target-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM)!Lead and manage a sales team, expand regional market share, and grow your career with one of the most promising tech brands in Bangladesh — Sannai.Key Responsibilities (TSM): Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the assigned territory Supervise, guide, and support field Sales Officers under your region Ensure effective market coverage through distributor and retailer engagement Ensure timely collection of dues from the market and maintain healthy accounts receivable Conduct regular market visits to monitor field activity, branding, and visibility Identify and onboard new dealers/retailers to expand market presence Implement promotional activities and ensure point-of-sale materials are used effectively Monitor competitors' activities and report insights to senior management Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Provide training and performance feedback to sales staff Maintain strong trade relationships and resolve any market-level conflicts Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to align territory strategies with national goals
