Responsibilities
:
Successfully achieving monthly set sales target overcoming all obstacles;
Successfully onboarding new professional & experienced distributors in vacant areas;
Lead, supervise, and manage all sales and marketing activities within assigned areas;
Coordinate with and monitor the performance of sales officers and distributors to ensure smooth operations;
Ensure achievement of regional and overall sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution;
Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to support decision-making and strategic adjustments;
Monitor competitor activities and formulate responsive strategies to maintain market advantage;
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure mutual growth and long-term partnerships;
Prepare, maintain, and present regular and accurate sales reports and performance updates;
Remain responsive to directives from senior management and implement instructions promptly and effectively.
