Strategically plan, execute, and monitor paid & organic digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and manage advertisements using Meta Ads Manager: boosting, audience targeting, budgeting, and retargeting.
Analyze marketing metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards to drive performance improvements.
Design promotional visuals (static & animated) using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
Produce and edit high-converting product content for fashion campaigns, seasonal collections, and promotional events.
Implement SEO/SEM strategies to boost content visibility and website traffic.
Maintain a structured content calendar for consistent online brand presence.
Monitor competitors, customer trends, and online engagement to guide marketing adjustments.
Collaborate with product and design teams for synchronized campaign messaging.
Basic involvement in email marketing, remarketing, and website content updates.
Floor/Outlet Management (Secondary Role – 20%)
Supervise day-to-day retail activities, ensuring a smooth and organized outlet environment.

Monitor in-store presentation, product arrangement, cleanliness, and inventory readiness.
