  • Experience in trendy clothing/lifestyle digital marketing is mandatory.
  • Candidates with prior experience in reputed brands like Yellow, Infinity, Westech, Sailor, or ManIn will be given preference.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in clothing, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads, campaign structuring, audience analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing.
  • Hands-on SEO knowledge and familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Capable of preparing trend-driven, engaging product content.
  • Ability to manage social media calendars, brand tone, and cross-platform consistency.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, WordPress, or basic CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking capabilities

    Responsibilities : Position Overview: S3 Lifestyles is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager cum Floor Manager to lead our online branding, campaign execution, and outlet operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in managing fashion-oriented digital campaigns and a strong grasp of retail outlet coordination. This is a dual-role position where digital strategy meets customer interaction, making it ideal for a well-rounded marketing professional in the fashion/lifestyle space.Location: 8/12 Block A, Lalmatia, Dhaka 1207, BangladeshJoining Date: Immediately (As early as possible)Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing (Primary Role – 80%)
  • Strategically plan, execute, and monitor paid & organic digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage advertisements using Meta Ads Manager: boosting, audience targeting, budgeting, and retargeting.
  • Analyze marketing metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards to drive performance improvements.
  • Design promotional visuals (static & animated) using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
  • Produce and edit high-converting product content for fashion campaigns, seasonal collections, and promotional events.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to boost content visibility and website traffic.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar for consistent online brand presence.
  • Monitor competitors, customer trends, and online engagement to guide marketing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams for synchronized campaign messaging.
  • Basic involvement in email marketing, remarketing, and website content updates.
  • Floor/Outlet Management (Secondary Role – 20%)
  • Supervise day-to-day retail activities, ensuring a smooth and organized outlet environment.
  • Guide and coordinate with sales staff during campaigns and special promotions.
  • Monitor in-store presentation, product arrangement, cleanliness, and inventory readiness.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and assist in managing customer inquiries or complaints.
