8+ years of significant hands-on software engineering experience using C#/.NetExpert level knowledge of SQL.

2+ years of experience in use of Snowflake (Preferred.)
Experience and knowledge of the US healthcare industry (Preferred.)

The primary purpose of this role is to lead software engineering and quality engineering resources across one or more product lines to deliver vital, reliable product features to our customers. You will be hands-on, planning, supporting technical development resources, overseeing project tasks, and deploying and releasing solutions in an agile environment. You will help develop people in the long term, recruiting, training, promoting and advocating for your direct reports.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical oversight and guidance across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Review and guide solution architecture, ensuring alignment with system-level design goals and the technologies in use, such as Snowflake and Azure.
Work closely with developers and QA to clarify business logic and requirements, ensuring alignment across technical implementation and project goals.
Actively contribute to technical decision-making by facilitating discussions, reviewing designs, and helping resolve complex issues.
Promote and enforce best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and test automation.
Establish and cultivate collaborative, effective relationships with global counterparts.
Ensuring commitments and progress to schedules remain clear, reasonable, and proactively monitored.
Set and communicate team/individual objectives to inspire individuals to achieve high performance.
Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner.
Follow and meet standards, as defined by policies and as appropriate to project and product need.
Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent.
Identify and recruit personnel as needed to ensure effective mix of competencies.
