Responsibilities

Help Desk Account Creation Create and manage customer accounts in the 360 software system.
Sales File Printing & ERP Processing Print, verify, and process sales files in the ERP system accurately and on time.
Challan Collection & Verification Collect and cross-check delivery challans with internal documentation standards.
ERP File Corrections Fix data entry errors or inconsistencies in ERP and sales files.
Sales File Archiving (Soft Copy) Organize and manage digital archives for easy retrieval and compliance
Contract Agreement Follow-Up Ensure timely submission and tracking of client contract agreements.
Weekly & Monthly Reporting Support in preparing detailed performance and progress reports.
Schedule Monitoring & Coordination Oversee schedules for installations, service changes, disconnections/reconnections, managed services (software/hardware), security & cloud projects, and ensure timely billing initiation.
Product Delivery Coordination Work with inventory and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required products.
