| Responsibilities |
: |
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras to maintain uninterrupted surveillance and detect any unusual activities.Conduct physical monitoring of critical areas when necessary to complement CCTV operations.Analyze video footage in case of incidents, extract key details, and provide insights to support investigations.Record all incidents systematically in designated registers and authorized forms for proper documentation.Notify the relevant authorities immediately about suspicious activities or security breaches.Maintain an updated daily log of monitoring activities, including the operational status of cameras and servers, using MS excel.Prepare detailed monthly incident reports and share them with authority.Coordinate with the technical team to address any malfunctions in CCTV equipment promptly.Assist in the development and implementation of improved surveillance protocols to enhance security measures.Perform additional responsibilities assigned by superior management as part of operational requirements.Contribute to improving operational efficiency and enhancing security measures. |
