Other Requirement :
  • Age at most 45 years
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality
  • Well conversant with MS office applications.
  • Experience Requirements
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
  • Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the Medicine industry.

  • Job Summary
  • The Head of HR & Administration is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational functions of the Human Resources and Administrative departments. This position plays a critical role in shaping the organization's culture, talent management strategy, and operational efficiency.
  • On the administrative side, the Head will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, facility management, and support services to optimize productivity and organizational alignment.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • The incumbent will lead HR initiatives related to workforce planning & talent acquisition
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations on HR trends and best practices to support business objectives.
  • To lead succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
  • Responsible for training & development, talent management and retention strategies, including employee career development programs.
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes to integrate new hires successfully into the organization.
  • Lead the performance management process, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Implement a fair and motivating rewards and recognition program to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
  • Address employee grievances and implement policies that foster a supportive and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international HR standards, and organizational policies.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain high standards of operations and governance.
  • Oversee risk management, health & safety, and other compliance aspects relevant to the buying house environment.
  • Utilize HR metrics and data to support decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial Relationship between management and workers.
  • Dealing with all Admin issues, Attendance & Leave Management, Compensation/Benefits, Performance & Career Management
  • Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and amendment act-2018, Labor rules-2015 and amendment rules-2022 is must.
