Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in garments accessories sales and marketing.
Prior experience in working with Buying Houses, Garments Factories, or Packaging Industry is mandatory.
Experience with accessories like cartons, hang tags, price tags, labels, polybags, and other trims is essential.
Required Skills & Attributes:
In-depth knowledge of packaging and trims: Auto carton, Semi auto carton, Poly, Labels, Tags, Gum Tape, Elastic.
Strong customer acquisition and retention skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Solid understanding of production planning vs. delivery, especially in accessories manufacturing.
Ability to work independently under high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Familiarity with order processing, PI generation, and credit control.
Strategic thinking with a strong marketing mindset.
Additional Advantages:
Experience dealing with European buyers, particularly Aldi and Lidl.
Understanding of compliance requirements and packaging standards of international retail brands.
Skills in CRM tools and reporting software will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
:
Actively acquire new clients within the garments sector, particularly targeting buyers such as Aldi, Lidl, and other reputable buying houses in Bangladesh.
Maintain and grow business relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and procurement teams.
Drive sales of garments packaging items—particularly Carton and Polybags—as well as hang tags, price tags, and labels.
Prepare and present sales pitches, quotations, and product presentations to prospective clients.
Monitor client credit, manage collections, and ensure timely receivables to meet monthly targets.
Liaise with internal departments (commercial, dispatch, accounts) to ensure order accuracy, LC documentation, and smooth delivery.
Track new product samples, coordinate bulk order follow-ups, and manage delivery timelines.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor movements to sharpen go-to-market plans.
