Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a buying house or denim-focused merchandising role.
Good understanding of denim fabrics, washes, trims, and styles.
Strong follow-up and communication skills (English & Bengali).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of production processes and quality standards is an added advantage.

Handle buyer communications, order inquiries, and sample development.
Coordinate with vendors, fabric mills, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain Time & Action (TNA) calendars.
Monitor product development, approvals, production, and quality control.
Assist in cost negotiation, order booking, and sourcing.
Maintain documentation and records related to orders and shipments.
Track market trends in denim and support showroom display strategies.
