Responsibilities
:
Create promotional videos and images featuring company products at Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
Respond to all customer messages and inquiries on online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Assist in online sales and engagement to boost brand page .
Monitor and analyze basic insights (likes, reach, comments) to suggest improvements in content and posting strategy.
Stay updated with social media trends, especially in the fashion and retail industry.
