Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, ICE, ETE, ECE, or EEE
Other Requirement
:
Engineer: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an ISP or IIG NOC environment.
Asst. Engineer: Freshers with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Mikrotik routers, various switch models, OLT, Cisco devices, and firewalls.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, switching and tunneling.
Familiarity with bandwidth monitoring and performance optimization tools.
Hands-on experience with Network Monitoring Systems (NMS).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Proficiency in using ticketing systems for task management and issue resolution.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and per business needs.
Flexibility to provide onsite support when required.
