Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in healthcare projects. At least two hospital projects of min 200 beds in the portfolio is a must.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Good understanding of different guidelines (i.e. AIA, FGI, NFPA, DIN, HBN, BNBC etc)
Excellent design and presentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Registration with the Bangladesh Institute of Architects (IAB) is mandatory.

Job Summary: The Architect will be responsible for the design, planning, and development of the hospital facility, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications for the hospital project.
Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers.
Oversee the work of architectural technicians and draftspersons.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is followed.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present design proposals.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
