Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in hospital projects.
At least one hospital of 200 beds project in portfolio is a must.
Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under supervision.

Job Summary: The Diploma Civil Engineer will assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and supervision of all civil engineering works related to the construction of the hospital.Department: Project EngineeringReports to: Project ManagerResponsibilities
Assist in the supervision of on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise on site.
Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
