    Responsibilities :
  • Lead the Supply Chain Management department, overseeing the procurement of raw materials (RM) and additives from both international and local sources.
  • Cost benefit Analysis compare to local and global sourcing of required materials.
  • Develop and execute annual procurement budgets and strategic plans to align with operational and financial goals.
  • Monitor market price trends for RM and additives, preparing comprehensive price comparative statements for each item to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery and billing processes, coordinating closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Overall responsible for Local and imported RM, Additives & machineries for the company.
  • Internal Discussion Meeting with SCM team about local items issues and solve.
  • Preparing the Yearly, Monthly and Weekly RM & AM procurement Budget & Plan.
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate sourcing opportunities to optimize costs and maintain quality standards.
  • Checking and finalizing the Business contracts to comply the International Standard.
  • To collect Performa Invoice and finalize for Imports.
  • Follow up, checking the L/C and give final consent to Commercial Dept to transmit the L/C.
  • Follow up the Shipment status in consultation with Commercial Dept.
  • Liaison with Factory team to maintain optimum stock level.
  • Sourcing, visiting, & evaluation of potential suppliers.
  • Any task assign by management will be added in the job responsibilities.
