Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Develop and implement supply chain management strategies and procedures.
Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
Manage the supply chain budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure that materials and equipment are available as needed.
Manage and supervise plumber and electrician.
