Proven experience in Concrete Block Products sectors.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local construction market.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer.
Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential clients.
Should have capable to drive motorbike.

Right now we are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Sales Officer (Concrete Block Products)” who lead our property sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.Product Details: Hollow Blocks and Concrete Bricks, Rectangular Blocks, Trihexagonal Pavers, Drainage Blocks, Ceiling Blocks, Unipavers, Kerbstones, Tiles, Surface Covering CC Block, Ready-made boundary wall, Pre-Stress concrete product etc.Job Responsibilities:
Ensure sales through the Distributor channel, corporate channel, Contractor (govt. NGO, individual).
Track competition's strategies and activities to recommend necessary actions on the company's behalf.
Assist in new product sourcing for clients and companies.
Ensure sales are of quality (at the approved rate, approved credit period, and has proper collection rate).
Carry out frequent field visits to ensure customer conversion. Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion. Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion
Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, product requirements, customer requirements, etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
Coordinate with production, Quality assurance, Engineering, and Technical departments for smooth execution of order.
