Job Responsibilities:In English: Responsibilities of a Skilled Senior Accountant in a Shipping and Logistics CompanyPreparation of Financial Reports – Generate and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Management Reporting – Provide accurate and timely financial reports to assist management in decision-making.Cost Control and Analysis – Track and analyze costs related to freight, customs, warehousing, and other logistics operations.Bank Reconciliation – Ensure proper reconciliation between bank statements and accounting records.Supervision of Billing and Invoicing – Oversee client and vendor invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Tax and VAT Compliance – Handle monthly VAT returns, advance income tax (AIT), and other tax-related matters.Audit Support and Preparation – Prepare for internal and external audits by organizing necessary documents and data.Team Supervision and Training – Guide and train junior accountants to ensure proper task execution.ERP/Accounting Software Management – Maintain and utilize accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting.Cash Flow Management – Monitor and manage the company's liquidity and financial health |
