Right now we are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Executive/ Sr. Executive – (Marketing and Sales)” who lead our property sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. This role is essential in promoting residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties for a leading real estate development company.Responsibilities:
New customer creation & sustain.
Maintain customer database
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and occupancy goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Handle direct sales for high-value properties including flats, commercial spaces, shops, and land.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and corporate buyers.
Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client proposals for management review.
Organize and attend property expos, client meetings, and site visits.
Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed, from inquiry to post-sale support.
Good knowledge in documentation (Registration, Deed of Agreement, Land, Loan etc.).
Strong understanding of the real estate market and its current trends.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
