Responsibilities
:
Greet walk-in clients, students, and parents professionally.
Provide basic information about study abroad programs, services, and upcoming events.
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and redirect inquiries to appropriate counselors or departments.
Maintain a visitor log and schedule appointments for counselors or managers.
Manage student inquiry forms and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and office communication.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
Support administrative tasks like printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Assist in coordinating seminars, info sessions, or student briefing events.
Keep records of daily walk-in clients and prepare basic activity reports.
Maintain confidentiality and a professional image of the organization.
Collaborate with counselors and the operations team for smooth client service.
