Other Requirement :
  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • (1 – 3) years of experience in marketing, preferably in the educational sector, with a focus on brand management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Make regular video content and go live on social media channels.
  • Writing various blogs, creating content for our Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin page.
  • Strong understanding of Digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Software’s, Facebook Ads, Facebook Marketing, Linkedin, Instagram, SEO, etc).
  • Experience with traditional marketing channels (billboards, print, radio, TV) and public relations.
  • Capable of handling the situation in favor of the brand.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative thinking, leadership abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

    Responsibilities : We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Executive to spearhead the marketing efforts of our emerging educational institute in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bangladeshi educational landscape, the needs of students and parents, and the nuances of both digital and traditional marketing. This role requires someone who is innovative, data-driven, and passionate about building a strong brand that resonates with the educational goals of students across the country. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Design, implement, and oversee the institute’s overall marketing strategy, focusing on student recruitment, parent engagement, and community building.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other relevant channels to generate awareness and drive student enrollment.
  • Plan and manage content creation, including blog posts, podcasts, videos, newsletters, interviews, and promotional materials.
  • Edit marketing videos and develop visually engaging multimedia content for use across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to develop targeted marketing campaigns for specific programs.
  • Brand Development and Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity for the institute across all platforms and communications.
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that positions the institute as a leading educational institution in Chattogram.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing efforts, both online and offline.
  • Monitor and analyze brand perception and take necessary actions to improve it.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential students and parents in Bangladesh.
  • Analyze competitors and trends in the educational sector, identifying opportunities for the institute to stand out.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to meet enrollment targets.
  • Partnership and Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, student communities, and industry partners.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with educational influencers, media, and advertising agencies to enhance the institute’s visibility and reach.
  • Organize and participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and community events to promote the institute.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different channels.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, providing direction and guidance to achieve the institute’s marketing goals.
