Develop a balanced Plaza network by increasing sales volumes.
Report on all sorts of market competitors activities.
Attain category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
Check and update the plaza stock periodically with the help of Audit and Credit Recovery team.
Evaluate the performance of Plaza Manager, Executive & Plaza Office and give on the job training the plaza employee periodically.
Allocation of credit with due diligence.
