  • Monitoring the performance of sales team motivating the members to meet or exceed to sales target.
  • Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of assigned area and territory.
  • Ensuring proper utilization of the resources through the sales team and providing updates to senior management.
  • Developing and sustaining long term relationship with customers.
