Manage all food and beverage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Direct and coordinate food and beverage operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
Organise and supervise the work of Cafeteria & Kitchen Staffs engaged in preparation and serving of meals in time.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
