| Responsibilities |
: |
Provide patient care in Indoor, Outdoor & Emergency departments.Assessment of patients on admission, including detailed history taking, physical examination, and proper documentation within specified time.Guide and supervise nurses for clinical care and procedures.Participate in daily ward rounds and examine patients.Inform respective Consultants/Specialists in case of new clinical findings.Update and record patient medical histories accurately.Provide guidance and supervision to Intern Doctors.Conduct and assist in clinical teaching/examinations of MBBS students as per academic guidelines. |
