Responsibilities
:
Onboarding new projects, targeting potential clients, steering sales.
Managing accounts and Client relationships.
Have to identify potential leads through networking, calling, social media or other sources in the assigned entities.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up business meetings
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Planning and preparing presentations for potential clients.
Create a sales pipeline, carry out sales forecasts, analyses and present the findings to senior management.
Communicate new product/project developments or partnerships to prospective clients·
Prepare business proposals, project documentations and negotiate with stakeholders·
Communicate technical requirements to the development/technical team based upon the feedback collected from the market
Attend fairs, Seminars, events, or any activities
Drive revenue targets to achieve the company’s revenue goals and new business expansion
Complete visit targets as per the designated route plan, including cold call/cold visit
Collect leads from social media and other classifieds (Facebook groups, newspaper, etc.) and call or visit them for listing ads
Supervising marketing activities, Arrange CME, RTD, Preparing marketing budget plan Conducting in- house training.
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Revenue Targets: Meeting or exceeding revenue targets consistently can be challenging, especially in competitive markets or during economic downturns.
Team Management: Balancing the needs and performance of a diverse sales team, including training, motivation, and addressing conflicts.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company's products/services and effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients while also prospecting for new business opportunities.
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improving sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
Forecasting Accuracy: Providing accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Budget Management: Allocating resources effectively to support sales initiatives while staying within budget constraints.
Performance Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.
Adapting to Technological Changes: Embracing and leveraging new technologies and tools to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
