Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territories.Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and agriculture officers.Build strong relationship with customers for sales and promotional activities.Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to managementAny other job assigned by the Management. |
