Familiarity with online learning platforms and sales automation tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities
:
Sales & Business Development:
Prepare realistic sales plan & periodic revenue targets (to be approved by Management) based on historical trends and upcoming new opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for IELTS and English Language courses, Mock test, number or Registration as well as revenue targets for corporate language/skills training programs and other revenue generating initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online (Facebook, YouTube video & reels) & offline channels (training program, rent classroom space, use venue for similar national or international professional exam’s hall/seating etc.), including partnerships with universities faculties, govt. bodies, visa consultancy agents, private and public companies’ Training & Development units/teams etc.
Help/consult marketing team and COO to plan online and offline marketing initiatives, referrals, and corporate tie-ups to generate leads.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students/ professionals and ensure high conversion rates.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including arranging clients’ contact details, scheduling meeting, developing proposal, presentation-persuasion, reminder call/email, addressing objections and negotiating enrollment/sales terms etc.
Client & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, professionals and corporate clients and maintain up-to-date database and record follow-up feedback for next follow-ups.
Provide detailed counseling on IELTS preparation courses, exam patterns and our core competencies of one-stop-servicing and teaching methodologies.
Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and guide students/ parents/ professional through the enrollment process.
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and outreach programs.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Maintain sales reports, track progress, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Provide regular updates on market insights, student feedback, and business development initiatives.
