Educational Requirement
|
• Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Academic background or professional certification in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Fire Safety, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

Key Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of physical security, access control, CCTV, and emergency response.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security reporting systems.

• Experience in corporate offices, manufacturing, retail, commercial facilities, or a reputed conglomerate will be preferred.

Responsibilities
|
BYSL Global Technology Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive, Safety and Security to support the organization`s safety and security operations across all business locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting employees, visitors, company assets, and facilities by implementing effective security strategies, maintaining workplace safety standards, managing security personnel, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Ensure the safety and security of factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security guards and support personnel.
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters, attendance records, and shift schedules.
• Monitor employee, visitor, vehicle, and material entry/exit through proper access control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the gate pass system for all material movements.
• Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and other security systems.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential risks.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire, theft, and accidents.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire service, and emergency response authorities when required.
• Conduct security briefings and ensure discipline among security personnel.
• Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain security records, visitor logs, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
