Responsibilities
:
Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from development to shipment for assigned accounts
Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding costing, sampling, approvals, and order executionLead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure timely and quality order execution
Coordinate with production, planning, quality, commercial, and sourcing teams to ensure all buyer requirements are met
Review and analyze buyer tech packs, BOMs, and specifications; provide timely feedback
Monitor and track all orders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with buyer standards
Participate in pricing, costing negotiations, and profitability analysis
Monitor fabric and accessories booking, development, and delivery status
Ensure accurate documentation and system updates (e.g., order sheets, T&A, buyer portals)
Resolve any issues related to production delays, quality, or shipment with appropriate corrective actions
Maintain strong relationships with both buyers and vendors for long-term business growth
Analyze seasonal trends, buyer feedback, and competitor activity to improve offerings
