Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Ensure high standards in teaching methodology, lesson planning, assessment, and student engagement.
Mentor and groom teachers to improve pedagogical skills and classroom management.
Develop and implement teacher training, evaluation tools, and professional development programs.
Monitor and evaluate the overall learning environment to ensure continuous improvement.
