Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company's product or service.
Updating customer information in the database as instructed. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Sell SaaS, e-commerce website solutions, B2B solutions, and cloud-based email solutions both offline and online.
Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
Deliver against business and pipeline goals, prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
Discover and understand customer requirements on both a business and technical level, and close sales.
Build and maintain executive relationships with the customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
Attend events, market visits, and client meetings if required.
Familiar with CRM software like Hubspot, Asana, Odoo, and others.
