| Responsibilities |
: |
Identify and approach potential clients in industrial sectors for CIJ printer solutions. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and live demonstrations. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation, quotation, and closing deals. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.Install, configure, and maintain CIJ printers at client locations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely on-site or remote support. Perform scheduled maintenance and ensure uptime of customer equipment. Maintain service logs and prepare daily/weekly reports. Communicate with the technical team and management regarding field issues. Manage spare parts inventory related to CIJ printers. |
