Job ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and Analyzing Tenders:Search for relevant tenders through websites, newspapers, and online portals.Identify suitable tenders based on the company’s products or services.Tender Document Preparation:Collect and prepare required documents (e.g., trade license, tax certificates, experience certificates, etc.).Prepare financial proposals/price quotations. Draft technical proposals or project plans (if applicable).Tender Submission:Submit the tender within the deadline via online platforms or physically (as required).Use of e-tendering platforms like e-GP, CPTU , or others efficiently.Review and analyze tender documents (RFQ, RFP, BOQ, specifications, and drawings) and ensure compliance.Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tender submissions within deadlines. |
