Responsibilities  Key Responsibilities• Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international tour operations.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and operational documents.
• Handle group departures, FIT bookings, MICE, and conference travel.
• Supervise visa processing and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and maintain strong business relationships.
• Lead and supervise the operations team while ensuring timely service delivery.
