Responsibilities
:
1) Operate and monitor SLES and LABSA production processes to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations2) Meet daily and monthly production targets as per planning and client requirements3) Assist in production planning, raw material calculation, and process scheduling4)Maintain optimal reaction parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure product quality and yield5) Conduct routine process checks and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation6) Collaborate with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical and quality issues7) Follow and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety protocols, and environmental compliance8) Monitor and control process utilities (steam, cooling water, compressed air, etc.) to maintain efficiency9) Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports, shift logs, and performance summaries10) Participate in process optimization, cost control, and waste minimization initiatives11) Support training of new operators and junior engineers when required12) Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and GMP standards in the production area13) Report abnormalities, deviations, or incidents to the Production/Plant Manager promptlyWe encourage applications from freshers, including those currently completing BSc internships or holding Diplomas.
