Proven experience in inbound/outbound Telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bangla.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities -
Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
Order confirmation by phone/IP Call from our customer's orders on the website.
Reply WhatsApp Massage And queries.
Manage Microsoft Word/excel Report.
Fluent speech capability with confidence & Perfect pronunciation in Bangla.
Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
Regularly follow up with existing and potential customer using the website.
Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly task targets.
Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
