Abdul Kadir Molla International School (AKMIS) has been established in 2013 by Mr. Abdul Kadir Molla, Managing Director of Thermax Group Limited as a non-profit organization. This school is run by the support of Mazid Molla Foundation. Mr. Abdul Kadir Molla is the founder Chairman of Mazid Molla Foundation. Abdul Kadir Molla International School offers education through two international curriculums from Nursery to Grade 12.   • Strong understanding of the Cambridge Lower Secondary ICT curriculum and its learning objectives
  • Solid foundation in digital literacy, computer systems, safe internet use, and introductory programming
  • Ability to design and deliver differentiated lessons and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Experience in guiding students through hands-on ICT projects, skill-based tasks, and formative assessments
  • Effective classroom management skills and techniques to maintain a positive, tech-focused learning environment
  • Enthusiasm for fostering student agency, critical thinking, and responsible technology use
  • Commitment to professional growth and staying updated with emerging educational technologies
  • Willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and commit to the school for a minimum of two years

    Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based ICT lessons aligned with the Cambridge Lower Secondary ICT curriculum.
  • Facilitate the development of digital literacy, computational thinking, and responsible use of technology.
  • Guide students through practical tasks, projects, and programming challenges with real-world relevance.
  • Support students in completing coursework and internal assessments, ensuring academic integrity and skill development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly; provide timely, constructive feedback to foster growth.
  • Promote student agency, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving in a technology-integrated environment.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging technologies, digital tools, and updates to the Cambridge ICT framework.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support student learning and well-being.
  • Actively participate in school-led professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
