Manage onboarding, ensuring smooth new hire integration.
Administer and optimize payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
Monitor leave, attendance, and workforce planning.
Ensure seamless offboarding while maintaining compliance.
Develop and implement training & development programs.
Support performance management, including KPIs, appraisals, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives for a motivated workforce.
