Formulate and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online growth and meet revenue goals.Oversee website performance, user experience, and content management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.Coordinate with teams to maintain an up-to-date product catalog, optimize inventory, and forecast demand.Work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.Monitor and analyze website metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.Ensure customer satisfaction by optimizing service channels, managing escalations, and implementing improvements.Negotiate with vendors, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate with logistics partners to streamline operations.Lead and train the eCommerce team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.Develop and manage budgets for marketing, website enhancements, and other eCommerce initiatives to maximize ROI.Ensure compliance with data security, privacy laws, and industry standards to protect customer information and maintain a safe online environment. |
