    Responsibilities : Context:Sunwe Footwear Limited, is a 100% export-oriented China-Bangladesh Joint Ventured company located in Bangladesh with a view to manufacturing of PU/synthetic/non-leather shoes for gents and ladies and exporting those to abroad. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive for Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.Job Responsibilities:Financial Management 
  • Keeping record of day-to-day financial activities; 
  • Preparing & examining bills/invoices, vouchers accounts payable/receivable, payroll   processing, and bank reconciliations; 
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
    •  Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (Tax, VAT);
  • Assist in internal/external audits and tax filings;
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports;
    • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
  • Implement best practices for financial controls and documentation. 
    • Collaboration
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Procurement) for financial data validation.
  • Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

    Apply Instruction

  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards.

  • Basic knowledge in TDS, VDS and statutory compliance.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
