We are seeking a potential candidate to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director in various administrative, organizational, and strategic capacities.
6 months Probation period.
Work days: Saturday - Thursday (Friday off). Work hours: 10am - 8pm. Job Location: House # 482, Road # 3, Sector # 12, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize Managing Director's work schedule to maximize his use of time.
Greet and welcome all the guests and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude in a professional manner. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
Organize meeting files, scheduling and calendaring meetings, identifying, inviting and confirming participants, facility arrangements where required.
To receive all the calls with proper greetings & manners and forward the call to the respective person.
To maintain all the records properly in detail in the register book. If required need to travel outside Dhaka for client meetings and also overseas to our Dubai branch. Any other task assigned by the authority.
