Provide frontline customer service including response customer query and concern by precise communication
Attend customer calls professionally & timely.
Capable to resolving issues and handling customer complaints
Prepare new customer profile and update existing CPF per office guideline
Accept MOC booking and necessary update into system within timeframe
Understand customer needs and serve them with satisfaction
