Provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various departments.
Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and report significant changes to physicians.
Maintain records of medications and ensure proper dosage and patient safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
Support doctors during medical examinations, diagnostic tests, and minor surgical procedures.
Prepare and manage medical equipment and ensure a sterile environment.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, post-discharge care, and preventive health measures.
Provide emotional support and ensure patient dignity and comfort.
Follow hospital infection control protocols strictly to prevent cross-contamination.
Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
Monitor and manage the availability of medical supplies and equipment in the unit.
Comply with hospital policies, procedures, ethical standards, and nursing protocols.
If In-Charge: Leading the nursing team, managing shift schedules, and overseeing overall nursing care delivery in the section.
