They are often part of a structured training program designed to develop their leadership, business acumen, and technical skills.Job Type:
Coordination and managing American clients & vendors in a timely and professional manner.
Monitoring the quality of work performed through vendors by data analysis, performance KPI and maintaining accurate records of the performance regularly.
Manages client-to-vendor relationships through effective communications.
Demonstrating the ability to handle the client's complaints consistently and providing solutions that meet the needs of the client to build a long-term relationship.
Decision-making power to negotiate with vendors, onboard and ensure continuous new coverage.
