Job Context:Helium Restaurant is a rapidly growing chain restaurant brand, focused on ensuring quality food and smooth operations across all branches. We are looking for a capable and experienced Supply Chain Executive to manage daily supply activities, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain standard processes in every outlet.Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, and other operational supplies.
Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with trustworthy vendors, and negotiate competitive rates and favorable terms.
Monitor daily inventory levels and usage; coordinate with kitchen and store teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Forecast supply needs based on consumption trends, promotional activities, and seasonal variations.
Maintain and manage detailed records of all purchases, deliveries, invoices, and inventory movement.
Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of all supplies while minimizing wastage and shortages.
Work closely with the Accounts Department to verify invoices, handle payment coordination, and resolve billing issues.
Analyze supply chain performance regularly and recommend strategies to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure that all procured goods meet Helium's standards for quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, store, and management teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
Stay updated with market trends, emerging suppliers, and new sourcing opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) for supply chain and procurement processes.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
