  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in real estate industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills.

    Responsibilities :
  • Meeting potential customers interested in buying Flats.
  • Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
  • Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
  • Screening buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase.
  • Determining clients needs and abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues.
